      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound loan-related calls and applications simultaneously
      - Analyze data and prepare loan documents while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
      - Educate and guide frontline staff on operational policies and procedures
      - Identify and resolve member escalations and complex loan inquiries
      - Conduct member interviews and perform financial calculations to determine loan suitability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Successful completion of High School curriculum (additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma)
      - At least two years of experience working as a Direct Loan Processor Specialist II preferred
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
      - Knowledge of DMV titling and lien filing is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment
      - Familiarity with auto loans and personal loans
      - Ability to identify and mitigate potential fraud, suspicious activity, and identity theft
