What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication methods within the Consumer Experience Center (CxC)
- Provide exceptional customer service while treating all consumers and colleagues with dignity and respect
- Maintain knowledge of service offerings and workflows to effectively assist consumers
- Document all interactions and update consumer records accurately in the relevant technology systems
- Adhere to department policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive matters professionally

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer care skills, including empathy and active listening
- Competence in maintaining accurate consumer information and documentation

- Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with contact center technologies and service workflows
- Knowledge of insurance eligibility processes and authorizations
