What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consumer support via phone, chat, and email for hearing aid connectivity and troubleshooting
- Document all activities and support incidents in the Salesforce system
- Communicate technical information and instructions effectively to consumers
- Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve consumer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, USB, and Bluetooth technology
- Understanding of Apple iOS and Android operating systems for app installation and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and 2 years of technical consumer helpdesk support experience
- Ability to understand new concepts and apply knowledge to solve evolving problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Certification in technical support or related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
