What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct member interviews to understand needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Submit loan applications, answer questions, and communicate with underwriting and processing teams
- Meet performance and sales goals by identifying additional products and services for members
- Participate in credit union initiatives and promotions to achieve financial service goals
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, NWCU policies, and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma (GED equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience in customer service and lending role in a financial institution
- Knowledge of financial products and services regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet performance and sales goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a credit union setting
- Understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations
