      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage CPG sales by developing and executing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
      - Oversee the expansion of product line offerings into grocery stores and other channels
      - Set and track CPG sales goals and report results
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Department to enhance sales in existing and new markets
      - Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve department sales objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
      - At least 1 year of managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
      - Experience in the grocery retail industry is preferred (sales, buyer, broker, etc.)
      - Familiarity with the company's Purpose, Mission Statement, and Core Values

      - Strong understanding of emerging markets and market shifts
      - Experience working with CPG products and understanding customer relations
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives
