      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze trends and patterns affecting customer experience using Contact Center tools and databases
      - Collect, clean, and transform data for statistical analysis to support business challenges
      - Communicate insights and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and actionable manner
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experiences
      - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of survey programming and data analysis processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling using large data sets
      - 1-2 years of experience in customer experience data analytics and visualization
      - 1-2 years of experience with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools
      - Advanced capability with Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience with feedback management and data analytics platforms
      - 1-2 years of experience with advanced predictive modeling practices and tools
