      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to residential and commercial customers
      - Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services while handling incoming inquiries
      - Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to effectively meet those needs
      - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
      - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with strong skills in resolving customer issues
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas
      - Familiarity with CRM software and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
      - Minimum of 2 years in a hospitality, customer retention, customer service, or sales role, preferably within a contact center environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge or experience with HVAC equipment and home warranty services
      - Bilingual (Spanish) speaking skills
      - Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced contact center environment
      - Proven ability to work successfully in a results-oriented environment
      - Experience in direct and up/cross-selling when presented with opportunities
