      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with members and prospects through inbound and outbound calls, providing knowledgeable and respectful responses to inquiries
      - Deepen member relationships through engaging conversations and resolve concerns with empathy and attention to detail
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer tailored solutions
      - Sell new memberships and USCCA products while meeting established targets for sales and retention
      - Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment and align with the organization's core values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
      - Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an omni-channel environment
      - Ability to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - Computer fluency with a working knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to employ patience, empathy, and strong listening skills in customer interactions
      - Experience in fielding customer concerns effectively in a fast-paced environment
