      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers, members, and prospects through inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and strengthen relationships
      - Provide knowledgeable and respectful responses to customer inquiries without relying on scripts
      - Sell new memberships and USCCA products that meet customer needs through a needs-based approach
      - Follow up with members to ensure optimal service experiences and retention
      - Meet or exceed established performance targets in sales, retention, and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
      - Prior experience in customer service or sales roles, especially in an omni-channel environment
      - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - Computer fluency with a working knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Self-defense knowledge and training, familiarity with firearms is preferred but not necessary
      - Experience in fielding customer concerns in various communication channels
