What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer, member, and prospect inquiries through digital and voice platforms, ensuring effective resolution of issues
- Engage in meaningful conversations to deepen and retain member relationships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
- Sell new memberships and USCCA products while matching customer needs through a “find needs, fill needs” approach
- Meet or exceed established targets for advisor efficiency, sales, retention, and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an omni-channel environment
- Ability to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Computer fluency with a working knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Self-defense knowledge and training, familiarity with firearms is preferred, but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to employ patience, empathy, and strong listening skills in customer interactions
