What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and engage a team of Member Engagement Advisors, both on-site and remote
- Monitor team performance on key metrics such as Service Levels, Quality & Compliance, and Conversion Rate
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members
- Collaborate with other supervisors to align on schedules and departmental projects
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and work with leadership to implement solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of people leadership experience
- Experience in customer engagement in an omni-channel environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License, with paid training provided

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience managing teams
- Background in sales to enhance customer engagement strategies
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Experience with various communication channels such as chat, phones, and social media
- Ability to flex schedule to support a 24/7 team environment
