What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding problem-solving, policies, procedures, and software applications
- Explain complex business rules in language appropriate for the audience
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing new solutions
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and diagnose errors on various applications
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedure manuals and resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of related work experience in a Call Center or customer-focused, metrics-based environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and web applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in solving application issues
- Knowledge of techniques for navigating, uploading, and resolving issues with browser-based applications and the internet
