What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Build and manage the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for e-learning needs
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness
- Assist in developing and updating training materials
- Design and develop learning experiences that support company goals
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to provide content for e-learning

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or Instructional Technology Design preferred
- 5 years of experience in media design, educational technology, or user experience design
- 5 years of experience creating content within an LMS or DAP
- Outstanding eye for creative design
- Strong passion for learning development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Advanced degree or certifications
- Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.)
