What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture high-quality content including photography, video clips, and drone footage at client properties
- Manage all asset capture and upload to the company drive, acting as the content librarian
- Communicate with the team regarding property and photoshoot status to ensure project alignment
- Oversee editing to maintain high standards for photos and create content calendars for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or sales experience
- Experience running large social media accounts and/or omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut and photo editing software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with trending social media content and short-form copywriting for captions
- Familiarity with ClickUp and Google Workspace tools
- Previous experience in filming short-form content and professional photography
- Understanding of CRM platforms and experience with data entry and cold calling
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
