      We’re looking for a junior creative to support the Creative Director and the Commercial Media Team to generate outstanding creative concepts for both our partners and for CFG individual teams that our fans will laugh, cry and be inspired by.

      Your Impact

      1. As part of Manchester City’s creative and content hub, City Studios, you will be supporting the Executive Creative Director and be a key player in the creative output of the City Studios working across multiple teams. This will include generating excellent ideas for social content, brand campaigns and creative solutions for our partner briefs to connect with fans all over the world. The most important component of this role is the ability to come up with seriously impressive ideas, get other people excited about them and then help bring them to life.
      2. You will work alongside the commercial content and brand activation team on creative concepts for new business pitches and responding to briefs to help bring our partners’ brand identities and messages to life
      3. Working alongside the ECD and commercial content and brand activation team, you will help bring concepts to life and deliver them to the very highest standards and to ensure they perform at their maximum potential. This could be through utilising the talent within City Studios or by identifying the right external resources/ agencies / directors to activate with
      4. You are a voracious consumer of a wide range of content across sport, music, style, entertainment and more. You are aware of current trends but keen to stay ahead of them. You will lead in sharing best in class content with your colleagues, driving ideas forward, proactively thinking ahead and keeping our brand(s) fresh, exciting and innovative
      5. You will stay abreast of the very best creatives, creators, directors so we know exactly who to collaborate with


      What we are looking for

      Essential

      • Experience delivering creative concepts either at a social publisher, social / creative agency or in-house
      • Integrated creative experience – everything from copy-writing, short and long form video concepts, campaign concepts and art direction
      • Demonstrable evidence of your brilliant ideas brought to life
      • The ability to create stunning concepts that bring a brands’ tone of voice to life while authentically speaking to an audience without sacrificing the quality of the content
      • A passion for social content, a desire to innovate and experiment and great instincts for what will work with audiences on social platforms
      • The ability to present your ideas clearly and get others excited about them
      • A deep knowledge of the social landscape and production process and how content goes from idea to sign-off to delivery
      • An interest and enthusiasm for sport and entertainment with a good understanding and knowledge of football
      • Results driven

      • Experience working with athletes and talent
      • An strong understanding of esports, gaming and metaverse
