- Develop training materials for the ICAM NG SSO program
- Conduct training sessions for staff members to ensure effective use of the new SSO system

- Evaluate and update training materials regularly to maintain compliance with standards and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in content development and training
- Strong understanding of SSO technologies and training practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in instructional design and creating multimedia training content
- Ability to assess and evaluate training effectiveness

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with federal agencies and knowledge of VA systems and processes
- Certification in content development and training
- Strong project management skills and understanding of cloud-based training solutions
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and cybersecurity principles
- Experience in conducting virtual training sessions
