What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with subject matter experts to create winning RFP responses
- Write and edit content for RFPs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to writing standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support complex and strategic RFP processes
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements within the RFP library
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives and mentor team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in English/Writing/Editing, Proposals, Knowledge Management, Communications, Sales, Product, or Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and editing/writing skills, with familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong relationship management abilities
