Manage a team of content producers who write technical content simplified for a high-stakes test-prep environment
Approve content ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with test standards.
Facilitate the movement of content between stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely production process from inception to printing or digital delivery.
Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the product team to align content strategies and priorities.
Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, review progress, and address challenges.
Train team members on best practices in content creation and DITA standards.
Implement content management systems and workflows to streamline production processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, English, education, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
2 years in content development or management
Experience in Content Development and Project Management
Exceptional Attention to Detail Communication and Analytical Skills
Familiarity with XML
FINRA Registration (does not need to be active)

This Content Manager, Securities oversees the content production for our securities exam preparation and continuing education product lines. They ensure the highest quality product is produced for our students and can be delivered in multiple formats.
