- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that effectively communicates our solutions and capabilities offerings to clients, prospects, and Account Executives.
- Creative Design & Copywriting: Execute the creative design and copywriting for content marketing materials, ensuring cohesive, visually appealing, and compelling content. Exceptional creative and writing skills are required to craft both visually impactful designs and persuasive messaging.
- Solution-Focused Content: Create and manage content that highlights our key solutions—branded merchandise, employee recognition programs, uniform solutions, point-of-sale displays, and more—to support sales enablement and client engagement.
- Quarterly Initiatives: Lead the creation of content for quarterly key initiatives that align with overall marketing goals and supports Account Executives’ in-field efforts.
- Vertical-Specific Content: Develop targeted content for specific industry verticals, showcasing how our solutions can address the unique challenges and needs of clients in those sectors.
- Collaboration: Partner with HALO solutions and capabilities subject matter experts, as well as Sales and Marketing teams to ensure messaging, positioning, and design elements are consistent and aligned across all touchpoints.
- Content Development: Manage the creation of a variety of content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, merchandising decks, and sales collateral.
- Thought Leadership: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop thought-leadership content that positions HALO as a leader in the promotional products industry.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our solutions content marketing strategy in conjunction with Marketing leadership. As a pivotal part of this strategy, you will not only develop compelling, strategic content but also execute the creative design and copywriting, ensuring exceptional quality and creativity in all marketing materials. The primary focus of this role is to create content that highlights our solutions and capabilities and functions as essential sales tools for our Account Executives. This content will empower them to engage clients more effectively, showcase our offerings, and drive business growth. You will also spearhead quarterly content initiatives, develop vertical-specific marketing materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to create comprehensive sales training and playbooks for our Account Executives.Key Responsibilities:
