      Title: Content Marketing Project Manager @ Remote
      Terms of Hire: Contract 9-12 months & Extendable
      Hourly rate: $ 35-38/hr

      Detailed Requirements:
      Our client is the world’s leading business partner for managed travel. Offers its customers and partners a comprehensive travel network, service dependability, and deep insight to help move people and businesses forward.
      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
      • Create a project plan that properly prioritizes and clearly maps multiple product videos that need to be updated and created.
      • Meet with agencies to get accurate quotes for external design and video update support.
      • Work with SMEs and product owners to make sure all updates are made and applied correctly.
      • Ensure all content meets GBT’s Tone of Voice and Editorial standards.
      • Ensure all content is being held to correct deadlines and if deadlines cannot be met, communicate with appropriate stakeholders to redefine expectations.
      • Work directly with brand team to ensure final content pieces are compliant with GBTs external content standards.
      • Proactively apply brand, legal, and compliance rules across materials for a streamlined review process of external content pieces.

      Requirements:
      Skills:
      • Extremely organized, strong project manager.
      • Experience working within strict project plans and deadlines.
      • Experience working within strict brand guidelines
      • Experience working cross-functionally within a large organization.
      • Can prioritize content pieces appropriately across multiple documents.
      • Experience in copywriting and editing.
      Qualifications:
      • 3+ years’ experience project management
      • 1+ years’ experience in content marketing
      • 1+ years’ experience in copywriting/copyediting
      • Strong project management and organizational skills as well as extreme attention to detail
      Programs:
      • Adobe Photoshop, Premier, InDesign, Marketo, Workfront, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
      Nice to Have:
      • Experience with technology company
      • Experience in B2BExperience with project management tools
      • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business
