      Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Producer for our Adobe Stock team in Berlin. Adobe Stock provides designers and businesses with access to 350+ million high-quality, curated, royalty-free photos, videos, illustrations, vector graphics, 3D assets, and templates for all their creative projects. The Adobe Stock service is built right into Adobe desktop apps and Adobe’s relationships with creative professionals and customers are extremely important and directly reliant on the quality of our content moderation. The primary objectives of this role are to ensure the integrity, compliance and quality of the content collections within Adobe’s marketplace businesses such as Adobe Stock, to protect against risk and fraud, and to ensure a trustworthy and safe experience for Adobe marketplace customers and contributors. Moderation function quality and team performance are critical to these objectives.

        • Analyze and report on content moderation acceptance, refusal and rating metrics and trends (across photos, videos, vector graphics, and other audio/video content) in accordance with Adobe guidelines covering qualitative asset and data requirements, intellectual property rights, model and property releases.
        • Conduct moderation team performance trend analysis and reviews
        • Develop and implement process improvements and KPIs to drive consistency and high- quality performance
        • Assist IP Compliance Specialist to conduct content collection audits to ensure best-in-class marketplace integrity. Apply the appropriate resources to keep those efforts current and up-to-date
        • Budget tracking and quarterly reviews with Finance
        • Cross functional communication and coordination with Analytics, Product and Operation, to continuously improve data analytics dashboards, moderation tools and insights

        What you´ll need to succeed

        • Bachelor’s degree desirable
        • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analytics processing, reporting and KPI management
        • Excellent knowledge of excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI
        • Vendor management skills and experience
        • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
        • Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
        • A proactive, responsible, and entrepreneurial attitude. Able to conceive of new ideas and apply teamwork, collaboration and influence to implement them
        • Experience and ability to perform under high-volume, deadline-centric conditions
        • Ability to work in both start-up and mature operating modes
        • Digital marketplace and/or Machine learning experience highly desirable
