What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct content quality assurance testing on digital-based course assets
- Review course assets for grammar, consistency, accessibility, and adherence to style and design guides
- Collaborate with the development team to address deficiencies or defects
- Communicate project status, issues, and information effectively and clearly
- Identify emerging issues and contribute ideas for process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, e-learning, or a related field (1-3 years of experience preferred)
- Familiarity with K-12 education and online learning environment
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and copyediting skills
- Excellent command of English grammar and spelling
- Experience in reviewing and testing online content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web tools
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Administrative experience with LMS
- Experience with content management systems and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style
