We are seeking Content Engineering Specialists to enhance the quality of Large Language Models (LLMs) used in AI-driven advertising tools. This role focuses on improving AI-generated content to support advertisers with issue debugging, setup assistance, ad creative suggestions, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and review AI prompts and evaluation sets.

• Develop judging criteria and fine-tune AI responses in collaboration with Engineers.

• Conduct content analysis, identify inefficiencies, and create taxonomies for better information organization.

• Apply content guidelines, create templates, and implement scalable review processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Work with content and product teams to refine processes, adapt to ambiguity, and improve AI response quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in journalism, digital content strategy, content production, or related fields.

• Proven experience in AI prompt engineering, annotation, and conversation design.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to perform editorial quality control on large text datasets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in editing long-form educational or technical content.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, or other data analytics tools for content evaluation.

• Ability to conduct basic data analysis, visualization, and provide content recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts.

• Experience in LLM writing and fine-tuning AI-generated content.
