      We’re seeking an innovative Digital Content Strategist to develop compelling website content strategies that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and align with client business goals. You’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ digital storytelling, ensuring content is engaging, SEO-optimized, and tailored to user needs.

      About you:

      • Trusted Advisor: Provide strategic insights on content, SEO, and website optimization to build client confidence.
      • Exceptional Communicator: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail. Comfortable being client-facing.
      • Data-Driven Problem Solver: Use analytics to guide and refine content decisions.
      • Master Multitasker: Excel in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.

      What you’ll do:

      • Craft and implement data-driven content strategies, balancing business objectives with user needs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
      • Conduct content audits, analyze performance, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for improvement.
      • Build and maintain content roadmaps, editorial calendars, and strategic plans to ensure consistent and timely updates.
      • Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance content visibility and engagement by optimizing metadata, structure, and on-page elements for improved search rankings and organic traffic.
      • Partner with UX/UI teams to optimize content navigation, accessibility, and overall site experience.
      • Establish and maintain content governance guidelines.
      • Use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
      • Apply A/B testing, behavior tracking, and user feedback to refine and optimize content for conversions, usability, and engagement.
      • Define and uphold content guidelines, including tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and brand standards.
      • Work closely with clients, analysts, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
      • Integrate content seamlessly into website layouts, balancing aesthetic appeal with functional usability.
      • Ensure website content meets accessibility, mobile optimization, and content guidelines.
      • Stay ahead of industry trends new technologies to bring innovative content solutions to clients.

      What you’ll need:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
      • 4-6 years of web content strategy experience, preferably in an agency setting.
      • Proficiency in CMS (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
      • Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI, and content optimization.
      • Experience with personalization and content automation strategies.
      • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards, dynamic content, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
      • Background in B2B or eCommerce content strategies.
