- Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
- Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
- Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
- Support UPCG Content Stategy team in developing and trialing new business models for distribution/windowing, working with internal stakeholders across NBCU business lines
- Support CS Director in growing non-traditional distribution of acquisition titles, in particular non-theatrical and festival distribution
- Manage Universal Pictures Content Group trackers, slate decks, smartsheets
- Manage lifecycle calendar for drafting opportunities and support Director in projects management
- Liaise with marketing and operations teams worldwide to trouble shoot any issues with information flow
- Campaign & asset planning / creation: work closely with the marketing team to ensure assets are created and campaign plans are developed to support full lifecycle of our products and all rights
- Liaise with creative agencies to develop sales tools to support SVOD & TV exploitation
- Create regular reporting on content performance
- Track subscription App service data for Universal Pictures Content Group
- Assisting with daily database maintenance.
- Assist in monitoring and communicating market trends
- Ensure quality of information in various reporting systems
- Exciting opportunity to see how the business works across all rights and exposure to all teams
- Deep understanding of title/genre performance by market and by format, working closely with Finance, New Media and TV teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
- Knowledge of Excel would be advantageous, though not essential
