Job Description

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field (MLIS, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support
- 2 years of overall relevant work experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property, Trademarks preferred
- Dutch language skills are highly desirable; other languages are a plus
- Analytical and curious mindset
- A willingness to learn
- Technology-savvy
- You’ll be working with internal teams, with our First Line Support, on their inquiries from our external clients related to Trademark Content
- Comprehend the customer's issue, replicate it, and conduct thorough analyses using internal systems and tools to identify the root cause and implement solutions
- Deliver professional, high-level support for products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for daily interaction with internal customers through CRM system, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Work with your team to share and gain knowledge
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize the customer experience and ensure high-quality and swift issue resolution
- You’ll be reporting to our Principal Support Analyst based in Antwerp (Belgium).
- You’ll be part of a diverse team of talented colleagues located in Europe and India.

We are looking for a Content Support Analyst to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium.
You’ll be responsible for providing support to our valued internal customers with trademarks related content issues by troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring quality.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position. The position is hybrid, requiring you to go to our office in Antwerp 2-3 times per week
