- Writing and editing plain language text in digital products (like online forms, apps, or other online services) describing complex government services
- Writing clear, concise documentation on technical systems - ie:
- Documentation on how to connect to particular database systems
- Potential thoughts on how to optimize your applications
- How to interact with teams security boundaries (ie what roles will we establish technically for your team)
- Writing comprehensive code examples in many different programming languages - allowing developers on the platform to get off to a strong start.
- Experience utilizing Figma
- Proficiency in SQL, R and Python for code snippets is nice to have
- Experience collaborating with SMEs, interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Auditing content and working within complex information architecture
- Ability to carefully follow detailed content style guides and design systems
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $105,000 – $130,000
