What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with corporate and product teams to draft, refine, and publish engaging technical content across various platforms
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of all content with the employer's brand voice while optimizing for each medium's requirements
- Research, outline, write, and edit documentation, working closely with different departments to meet project specifications
- Translate complex technical information into clear, readable documents for diverse audiences
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure visual fidelity of all graphical materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, or a relevant technical field
- An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required
- 4+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, and publishing technical documents
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Highly preferred: AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Top Secret clearance preferred
- Experience supporting DoD and/or VA missions
- Master’s/PHD (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field
- 7+ years of professional experience in technical writing and documentation
