What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and organize content for customers implementing ACT products
- Ensure assigned content is developed, edited, reviewed, and approved to meet quality standards
- Create and manage deliverables during content production while adhering to timelines
- Engage key stakeholders in planning for enhancements to content during optimization phases
- Maintain content in the content management system and ensure distribution to communication channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience developing operational communications
- Excellent proofreading ability and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to edit and create content that adheres to accessibility standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a collaborative approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a successful educational organization
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Skills in accessibility testing and remediation strategies
