- Assessment of continence needs involving patient carers and family using various clinic tools.
- Involve patients and carers/relatives in delivery of patient care.

We are looking to appoint highly motivated Continence Assessor who has a passion for delivering safe, high quality care to patients in the community setting. The Community Continence team provide continence promotion, education and direct patient care for people with complex continence needs.
With a variety of clinical settings you will gain a wealth of knowledge and experience. We will support you to develop through our comprehensive preceptorship program, we have excellent electronic facilities to support your learning and development.
