      Continuous Improvement and IMS Manager

      As a Continuous Improvement and Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining an integrated Safety, Quality, and Environmental system through the deployment of ISO standards. Your responsibilities will include organizing and conducting internal audits, as well as supporting certification audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

      In this role, you will implement, deploy, and sustain a culture of Continuous Improvement within the local organization. By identifying areas for enhancement, you will drive proactive, systematic actions and projects aimed at refining business processes and procedures.

      Your efforts will be crucial in fostering a learning organization, where lessons learned and best practices are continually enhanced and leveraged. Additionally, you will support the business in navigating changes and adopting new ways of working, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained improvement.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Management Representative for Integrated Management System
        • Ensure compliance with ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001.
        • Maintain third-party certifications.
        • Liaise with management and staff for QHSE integration.
      • Audit Management and Certifying Bodies Coordination
        • Prepare and assist with internal audits.
        • Plan and coordinate certification processes.
        • Follow up on post-audit activities.
      • xECM (Documentation Management) Database
        • Maintain and improve the xECM database.
        • Support local users with documentation updates.
      • Local Authorization Table and Organizational Structures
        • Keep the Local Authorization Table up-to-date.
        • Update organizational structure charts as needed.
      • Change Management
        • Identify and manage changes affecting the Integrated Management System
        • Implement changes and gain organizational buy-in.
      • Project Management
        • Establish project management procedures.
        • Lead key projects and support the country management team in determining and managing projects portfolio
      • Continuous Improvement
        • Lead and support CI activities.
        • Monitor and report on project progress.
        • Actively identify potential improvement initiatives
      • Best Practice Sharing
        • Promote and leverage best practices across the organization
      • Risk Management
        • Identify and assess risks.
        • Support risk management activities and maintain the risk register.
      • ESG Coordination
        • Act as a local coordinator for ESG related initiatives.
        • Support the business to ensure proper data collection and reporting.

      Our requirements:

      • Experience
        • At least 7 years of experience in an equivalent role such as Internal Auditor, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager
        • Audit management experience
        • Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and modelling
        • Experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary projects
        • People manager experience
      • Certifications
        • Lean 6Sigma certification
        • Project Management certification
      • Knowledge and Skills
        • Knowledge of ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 standards, including relevant legislation and compliance requirements
        • In-depth cross-functional knowledge and understanding of business processes in manufacturing organizations
        • Ability to analyze information effectively to identify root causes of problems using appropriate methodologies in a systematic and structured way
        • Proven results-oriented team leadership ability with outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
        • Ability to support cross-functional teams and foster relationships in a team-oriented environment
        • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proven ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management representatives
        • Hands-on approach and willingness to take accountability
      • Language Skills
        • Fluency in Polish and English languages
      • Additional Attributes
