Job Description:

Crowe is seeking an Advanced PowerPoint Specialist (Remote) to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in producing high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, data graphics, and visual concepts. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills, a keen eye for detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. As an Advanced PowerPoint Specialist, you will collaborate with various teams to create visually stunning and engaging presentations that align with our brand and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and dynamic PowerPoint presentations that convey intricate information clearly and effectively
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather content and understand presentation objectives
• Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and graphics to enhance the visual impact of presentations
• Implement advanced animation and transition effects to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
• Craft infographics, charts, graphs, and other visual aids to present data and statistics in a compelling manner
• Translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all presentations, adhering to company guidelines
• Provide creative input and recommendations to elevate the quality and effectiveness of presentations
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skill set and deliver cutting-edge presentations
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and workflows related to presentation design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts, and applications for web, desktop and mobile including applied knowledge as an Advanced PowerPoint Specialist or a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of visually captivating presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced skills in creating complex animations, transitions, and interactive elements (Mac and PC PowerPoint experience a plus.)
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design software (Figma experience is a plus.)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency while exploring creative solutions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for visualizing complex data and content

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
• Experience in a wide range of Financial Services is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating interactive presentations
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in presentation design
