What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the team in creating, reviewing, and managing contracts for Medical Directors, Key Opinion Leaders, and Health Care Professionals
- Process and manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary approvals for contracts and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance
- Leverage exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management and the procurement process
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer-based applications
- Knowledge of compliance processes and procedures, particularly in a medical or clinical context
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical or clinical setting related to contract management
- Familiarity with Abbott Office of Ethics and Compliance policies
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to assess contract terms and compliance
