- Managing the procurement of products and services
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of contracts, amendments, and supporting documents
- Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions
- Coordination and monitoring of the contract review and approval process with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Business Owner, Legal, IT, Compliance, and Finance
- Ensuring contract compliance with all related laws and regulations
- Coordination of contract review meetings
- Developing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Development and maintenance of Procurement policies and procedures
- Development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing data, & preparing comparison reports
- Screening Vendors to ensure they are not on the suspended and debarment list
- Assists in managing Global Location Numbers for clinics
- Managing reports
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of healthcare operations
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA Privacy & Security Rules
- Knowledge of IT operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Procurement, the position is responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including contract management, contract negotiation, preparation of procurement paperwork, drafting contract terms, business licenses, and reporting.
