What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and non-standard contracts
- Prepare bids, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring timely submission to customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company standards
- Analyze contract performance metrics to optimize financial outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience OR
- Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience OR
- Baccalaureate Degree with 1+ years of experience
- Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law and principles
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts in a fast-paced environment
