      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
      - Administer, negotiate, and terminate standard and non-standard contracts
      - Prepare bids, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring timely submission to customers
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract management activities
      - Utilize contract performance metrics to maximize financial outcomes and drive compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience, or Baccalaureate Degree with 1+ years of experience
      - Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
      - Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in contract management
      - Ability to work independently with general supervision on moderately complex projects
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
      - Strong understanding of contract law and principles
      - Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare sector
      - Proficiency in project management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
