      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, review, update, and issue contracts and booklets defining benefit obligations for subscribers and groups
      - Customize contracts with group-specific benefits and maintain benefit features in the benefits repository system
      - Prepare documentation for benefit changes and conduct daily audits for contracts and booklets
      - Collaborate with account executives to discuss benefit needs and ensure proper administration
      - Respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) requests and participate in cross-divisional workgroups as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the health insurance industry
      - Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office products in a Windows environment
      - Strong research skills with excellent attention to detail
      - Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with health insurance contracts or products
      - Working knowledge and experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
      - Familiarity with federal and state health laws and underwriting regulations
      - Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven ability to set priorities and plan effectively
