What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and manage contracts and budgets for clinical trials with investigators and external vendors
- Adapt global agreement templates to meet local requirements and compliance standards
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
- Ensure timely execution of contracts to support efficient site start-up timelines
- Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably in life science, law, or finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience negotiating clinical study agreements
- Excellent knowledge of international guidelines (ICH-GCP) and basic understanding of GMP/GDP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including track changes functionality
- Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Post-graduate training in contracts administration or experience as a paralegal in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
