What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and define system requirements to support software products in the clinical genetics domain
- Oversee software enhancements through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Communicate technical and functional requirements with stakeholders and users
- Create and manage Jira tickets detailing requirements for the engineering team
- Develop diagrams and flowcharts to assist the development team in understanding solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional knowledge and experience using JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of IT business analysis experience with software development
- Experience working through an SDLC
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Manager
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Biotech or domain-specific experience
