What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and define system requirements to support software products in the clinical genetics domain
- Communicate functional requirements with stakeholders and internal teams
- Report project status updates to senior leadership and the PMO
- Develop diagrams and flowcharts to assist the development team in understanding software solutions
- Test and validate developed features against requirements and coordinate end-user validation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of IT business analysis experience with software development
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Professional knowledge and experience using JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working through an SDLC and knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Manager
- Biotech or domain experience
