What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review all contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements for compliance
- Communicate effectively with agents regarding documentation deficiencies
- Audit files and collaborate with agents to ensure timely submission of missing documents
- Support Managing Brokers in compliance efforts
- Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox and perform other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Active real estate license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in contract review
- Minimum of 1+ years of real estate industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Broker's license in Georgia and continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance
- Keen interest and experience in real estate compliance activities
- Membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a high degree of integrity
