What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review all contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements for eXp clients and customers
- Communicate effectively and promptly with agents regarding document deficiencies
- Audit files and work with agents to ensure timely receipt of missing contract documents
- Support Managing Brokers in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of contract review experience and 1+ years in the real estate industry
- Active real estate license, preferably a Broker's license, with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) across all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail required and experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated interest and experience in real estate compliance activities
- Experience in coordinating events and group activities
- Advanced Trello experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
- Remote work experience required
