What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review all contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements for compliance
- Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies and provide assistance
- Audit transaction files to ensure timely receipt of missing documents
- Collaborate with Managing Brokers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox and perform other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract review
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Active real estate salesperson license in the state of Tennessee
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Active Broker's license in Tennessee with continuing education credits
- Strong knowledge of legal obligations for real estate professionals
- Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners
- Membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR)
