What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review all contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements related to eXp clients and customers
- Assist in compliance training and the eXp Risk Management program
- Consult and engage with eXp agents on complex transaction issues
- Conduct trainings to enhance agents' knowledge of contracts and state real estate law
- Maintain regular communication with team members and manage workload effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Real estate license required
- 0-2 years of experience in real estate required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities
- Experience in coordinating events and group activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
- Proficient knowledge of G Suite and advanced Trello experience preferred
- Remote work experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
