      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review job applications and conduct virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams
      - Present job offers and track candidates through the applicant tracking system
      - Communicate effectively with the management team regarding hiring processes
      - Assist with new hire onboarding and meet weekly offer goals consistently
      - Exercise independent judgment to ensure the hiring of highly qualified candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in high-volume call center recruiting
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets
      - Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred
