      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the assigned territory
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers among customers
      - Execute a basket selling approach to position the employer as the primary supplier in product categories
      - Provide technical support and training to customers as needed, ensuring satisfaction
      - Maintain accurate CRM records and manage expense reports in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
      - Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong technical ability and product knowledge in relevant categories
      - Willingness to travel overnight 60-75% of the time, primarily by car, and must reside in the territory

      - Experience in Customer Focused Sales (CFS)
      - Demonstrated competency in identifying leads and creating cross-selling opportunities
      - Familiarity with the employer's product categories and applications
