What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct screening and intake on landlord-tenant matters
- Provide phone support for landlord-tenant intake system
- Draft documents including advice letters, pleadings, and miscellaneous correspondence
- Answer questions and make appropriate referrals under attorney supervision
- Provide attorney casework support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience or training
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and computer skills
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to serving low-income and underserved communities with patience and empathy
- Motivated self-starter able to work efficiently in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant life experience related to the legal field
- Knowledge and understanding of the civil legal system
- Bilingual fluency is a plus but not required
