What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day localization of products across all supported languages, ensuring timely delivery and quality of content
- Collaborate with localization vendors and serve as the main point of contact for project execution
- Oversee product testing for localized features and escalate internationalization issues as necessary
- Analyze root causes of recurring linguistic issues and implement corrective actions
- Champion localization best practices with stakeholders across product and engineering teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 4 years of experience in product and software localization project coordination or management
- Proven record of managing complex product launches from planning to execution
- 3 to 4 years of experience in product and engineering stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply
- Experience using Asana, Jira, and Translation Management Systems (TMS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS in translation, linguistics, localization project management, or a related field
- Experience with Smartling
- Fluency in a language other than English, with preference for Japanese, Korean, French, or German
- Strong technical problem-solving and bug-investigation skills
- Interest in languages, translation, and leveraging technology for localization improvement
