What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and respond to customer requests for modifications to contracts for products
- Negotiate directly with external customers across various market segments
- Provide guidance in the resolution of contract issues and disputes
- Draft contracts addenda and templates as needed
- Support sales professionals with contracting needs and negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, analyzing, and negotiating sales contracts
- Experience reviewing and responding to governmental RFPs/RFIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Microsoft Teams
- Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Related experience in a content, software, and/or technology environment
- Experience analyzing and negotiating commercial contracts with governmental agencies
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations related to licensing of content and software products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
