What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct one-on-one and group Zoom sessions with customers, providing expert guidance on onboarding, sizing, assembly, and troubleshooting for products
- Moderate and contribute content in community forums, fostering a supportive space for users
- Collaborate on the creation of content related to sizing, onboarding, and troubleshooting
- Review and respond to customer escalations, providing guidance on key product concepts
- Gather and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of customer care experience specializing in high-touch interactions and product troubleshooting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong ownership and critical thinking abilities
- Experience leading group discussions and familiarity with social platforms like Meta Business Suite
- Ability to create a professional and distraction-free environment for video consultations
- Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to work West Coast hours and one weekend day per month

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with customer care systems, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Calendly, and Zoom
- Familiarity with lactation and breast pumps
- Passion for the mission of improving women's health and supporting new mothers
